We are extremely proud of how far Distinctive Chesterfields has come – and like each of our sofas that we create, it has taken a great deal of hard-work, determination and the return of loyal customers for our company to turn into the success that it is today.
Our family company has been built on strong values. It started as a husband and wife partnership between Steve and Claire Laidlaw with very humble beginnings, which went on to expand to an online business, producing furniture for customers all over the globe.
Our base in Honley, West Yorkshire has been our headquarters for the past seven years and is where all of our furniture is created today by our team of a 15-strong skilled craftsman. One thing’s for sure – our brand name ‘Distinctive Chesterfield’ certainly rings true; with each of our pieces being completely customizable from the color, fabric to the size for that touch of ‘distinction’.
Once manufactured, every single piece that leaves our workshop is thoroughly inspected before being passed for delivery, so we can guarantee a quality service.
